Giovanny Visbal, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Visbal Business Counsel, PLLC, where he advises businesses on contracts, corporate governance, business formation, negotiations, risk management, employment and independent-contractor matters, and day-to-day legal and operational issues.
A Florida-licensed attorney, Giovanny has experience serving as in-house counsel to companies operating nationally and internationally. His practice is built around understanding not only the legal issue in front of a client, but also the business objectives behind it. This allows him to provide practical advice that accounts for legal risk, commercial realities, and the way businesses actually operate.
Giovanny earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He provides legal services in both English and Spanish.
